The Spirit Tower represents an early futuristic high-rise concept designed for Egypt's New Capital. The tower's structure features aerodynamic twisting curves that channel strong high-altitude winds away from the core, reducing structural sway and optimizing structural safety.
The facade is wrapped in a parametric mesh grid that filters solar radiation while allowing natural ventilation into double-height atrium gardens. The internal program hosts mixed-use commercial office floors, premium executive lounges, and green spaces designed around the principles of human well-being and productivity.
