The Ring Tower, also known as the New Gateway for the Future, is designed as a symbolic entry portal to Egypt's Administrative Capital. The architecture consists of double-ring vertical forms linked by central glass bridges and hanging sky terraces.
The project integrates corporate headquarters, public government liaison hubs, and a large elevated green park. Wind turbines integrated between the ring structures capture wind energy, generating clean power to run the tower's public lighting and smart ventilation grids.
