CUBE Consultants for Engineering and Urban Development has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Hunan Chamber of Commerce in Egypt (HNCCE) during the Egypt-China Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum and the Chamber’s official launch ceremony in Cairo.

The event was attended by a distinguished group of officials and representatives from Egyptian and Chinese economic and investment institutions.

Dr. Heba Soliman, Chief Executive Officer of CUBE Consultants, signed the MoU on behalf of the company as part of CUBE’s ongoing efforts to expand its international partnership network and strengthen cooperation with leading economic and investment organizations worldwide.

The Memorandum of Understanding aims to establish a shared platform for cooperation and knowledge exchange in the fields of urban planning, architectural design, engineering consultancy, and real estate development. It also seeks to support investment opportunities, foster collaboration in international projects, and facilitate the exchange of technical and professional expertise between both parties.

Under the agreement, CUBE Consultants will join the network of accredited consulting firms affiliated with the Hunan Chamber of Commerce in Egypt.

The company will also provide specialized training programs, professional lectures, and technical consultancy services to chamber members and affiliated companies, contributing to enhanced knowledge sharing and professional development between Egypt and China.

Dr. Heba Soliman emphasized that this partnership represents an important step toward creating new opportunities for cooperation between both sides and reflects CUBE’s strong professional standing as one of the leading firms in urban planning and engineering consultancy in Egypt and the region.

She added that the company looks forward to leveraging this partnership to support joint development and investment projects, facilitate the transfer of expertise and knowledge, and expand cooperation opportunities in sustainable urban development, smart cities, and infrastructure projects.

This agreement comes amid the growing relations between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the People’s Republic of China, which continue to witness significant expansion in trade, investment, and development cooperation, further strengthening economic ties between the two countries.
