In Collaboration with Marsoum Developments to Create an Integrated Mixed-Use Urban Destination

CUBE Consultants has announced the signing of a contract to provide engineering consultancy, urban planning, architectural design, and engineering design services for the Smouha Gate project in Alexandria on behalf of Marsoum Developments. This partnership reflects the confidence of leading real estate developers in CUBE’s expertise, built over more than three decades in the fields of urban planning and design.
Located in one of Alexandria’s prime areas, the Smouha Gate project is envisioned as a comprehensive mixed-use destination featuring residential, commercial, administrative, medical, and entertainment components. The project aims to create a modern urban environment that seamlessly integrates living, working, services, and leisure within a cohesive urban framework.
Under the agreement, CUBE Consultants will be responsible for preparing the project’s urban, architectural, and engineering studies and designs, with a strong focus on implementing the latest principles of sustainability, quality of life, and efficient resource utilization. These efforts will support the project’s vision while enhancing its investment and developmental value.
