Project Summary

The plot of land is located in the back area of the existing Long Beach village, and the land extends along with the village, which is 1.5 km and a seafront with an average width of about 250 m. A unique and distinct atmosphere has been designed on the artificial lakes where the residential buildings and lodges are located on terraces so that you can see the sea as well as the artificial lakes. That jungle feel creates privacy as well as overlooks the sea, bushes, and lakes altogether The hotel and the club have been designed in a central area between the new extension and the existing village to be a point of attraction and the hotel came in the two upper floors to take the circular formation revealing the sea and the existing village from one direction and reveals the lakes and the new extension from the southern direction, the design includes various swimming pools that extend around and inside the club and hotel facilities connected to waterfalls on the lake.
