Project Description:

Residential gathering dedicated to members of the diplomatic corps in New Cairo. The main idea in planning the general site is to provide different types of housing units that suit all levels and achieve the required privacy for such projects.

4 types of housing were achieved: Twin Houses, Town Houses, Family Houses, and Apartments

The design of villa units is based on the idea of ​​interior courtyards to achieve privacy and luxury at the same time

The design depended on providing an interior patio that achieves ventilation and natural lighting for all homes. The project also includes a new family house model for families inspired by ancient historical Egypt houses but with a unique modern style to create complete privacy for the family.

The project also contains all necessary services for the residents of a commercial area and a social club commensurate with the nature of the project and the population.
