The city features distinctive areas such as the Venice Zone, which resembles the Italian city of Venice.
It is a city where movement is mainly by boats, and it includes a yacht marina and a central services area with commercial markets and a social club.
The palaces and villas zone includes large green areas surrounded by lakes and waterfalls overlooking the luxurious palaces and villas, as well as the Egyptian Opera House and the Conference Center.
The city features distinctive areas such as the Venezia Zone, similar to the Italian city of Venice.
It covers an area of 982 acres, with residential buildings overlooking the central lagoon, in addition to hotels and resorts overlooking the marina, a yacht harbor, and a central services area with commercial markets and a social club.
It also contains the Palaces and Villas Zone, located within vast green areas surrounded by lakes and waterfalls overlooking the luxury palaces and villas, along with the Egyptian Opera House and the Conference Center.
The eastern zone includes commercial areas, hotels, and entertainment areas.
