Project Summary

The oasis is characterized as the center core of the neighborhood. Each neighborhood contains a division of the oasis which is branching out from the green river to feed the residential neighborhoods. The oasis’s central park is extended to disclose with the city’s green river without any juncture for the car’s roads. Therefore, the citizens can easily move from their own apartment to arrive safely at the green river. The oasis is also implemented on the most effective seven principles that lead to successful development for planning and designing an efficacious nourished city, it is consists of countless buildings like; hospitals, elderly care centers, central library, cultural center, malls, administrative buildings, schools with upgraded new concepts, citizens service center, police station, fire station, mosque, church, social family club, smart control center services, residential buildings, and commercial area. And adjacent to the oasis there are green spaces covering all the areas starting with the small areas for youth (studios), to massive areas as tremendous apartments which it’s space up to 280m2. Besides, the road networks and parking lots were designed according to the international standards, the cycling routes and the pedestrian networks are continuing with the city’s green river. As well as the necessary facilities and networks that point all buildings and services to become smart and energy-saving, this will happen through the usage of solar energy and waste recycling systems.
